Our principles

Every event is a film set. The audience shouldn’t see the wires.

Principle 01

One producer. One throat to choke.

Your WhatsApp thread has exactly one name on it. The same person you briefed on day one is the one calling cues at the show. No hand-offs in the middle.

Principle 02

Transparency over margin.

Every line item in your budget is a real purchase. We don't hide markup inside vague "creative direction" buckets. If a speaker costs ₹12K and we add a 15% handling fee, you see both numbers.

Principle 03

Rehearse twice. Show once.

The number-one reason shows go wrong is that the team is running a cue for the first time in front of the audience. We rehearse everything — including the keynote — on a full rig the day before.

Principle 04

Retros are mandatory, not optional.

Two weeks after every event we sit with you for 30 minutes and ask what we'd do differently. That conversation is how we got from "good" to "95% repeat rate."
