How does the rolling delivery model work?+
You share an HRIS feed or a weekly CSV. Our warehouse triggers kit assembly within 24 hours and ships within 48 hours of the joinee's start-date confirmation. We keep 1 month of buffer inventory on your branded items.
Can we split kits by role (tech / sales / ops)?+
Yes. We maintain 3–5 kit variants, assembled on demand. Common split: tech gets hardware-heavy, sales gets premium notebook-pen, ops gets practical swag.
What happens to inventory when we pause onboarding?+
We store branded items for 6 months at no cost. Beyond that, either liquidate as swag-sale or re-use in retention / milestone kits at a discount.
Do you handle kit for international joinees?+
Yes, with a different logistics partner — typically kits are drop-shipped from a nearby partner warehouse (US, UK, Singapore). Rates are 2.5x domestic.
