What's the latest we can place an order for Diwali delivery?+
Most years we close new PO acceptance by October 5. Late orders get priority on our Starter hamper tier only, due to packaging lead-time. For the Signature + Luxury tiers we need 3 weeks.
Can we customise the hamper box with our CEO's note?+
Yes — CEO note included in all tiers. For Luxury we can also emboss the employee's name on the box, at ₹120/kit premium.
Do you deliver to home addresses across India?+
Yes — we handle address-matrix import from your HRIS CSV. Chennai same-day (if ordered before noon), metros 3–5 days, tier-2/3 towns 5–7 days. Every delivery is tracked.
Can we pick-and-mix contents?+
For orders above 500 kits we do a mock-up sampling round where you pick final contents from our shortlist. Smaller orders pick from our pre-finalised kit specs.
What about hampers for international team members?+
We have partner drop-ships in US, UK, Singapore, UAE. Rates 3x domestic due to customs + FedEx priority, but we handle the paperwork end-to-end.
