Please read these terms carefully before using LSD Events services. By proceeding, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
LSD Events provides end-to-end event planning, management and facilitation services including corporate events, team building, offsites, government functions, product launches, exhibitions, school & college events, sports events, artist bookings, political events, religious programmes, conferences and social celebrations. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract.
3. Bookings and payments
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proposal and advance payment as specified therein. Pricing is subject to change until a proposal is countersigned. Custom pricing is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Payment terms are as stated in each proposal.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, less administrative fees. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance are honoured free of charge.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information about team size, venue access, and any specific requirements. The client must ensure that all participants are informed of and consent to the event activities. LSD Events reserves the right to modify or cancel activities if venue or participant conditions are deemed unsafe.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, frameworks, programme designs, and content created by LSD Events remain our intellectual property unless explicitly assigned in writing. You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSD Events Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
